RipzClub ("we", "us", "our") provides an online platform for trading‑card collectors to purchase, store, display, trade, and ship graded collectible cards ("Slabs"), using digital wallets and a secure Vault. We work with third‑party service providers (e.g. grading, payments, shipping) in order to deliver our service.

2. What Personal Information We Collect

We collect personal information that is necessary for us to operate the service you have requested. This includes:

  • Identity information: name, date of birth
  • Contact information: email address, postal address, phone number
  • Account information: username, password (hashed), profile settings
  • Transaction information: purchase history, refunds, payments
  • Shipping information: delivery address, contact for shipping, tracking numbers
  • Digital wallet data: account balance, payout details, withdrawal details
  • Device / usage information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookies, analytics data
  • Grading and card details: card identity, slab grade, images (for display), condition

We collect your information in several ways:

  • When you create an account or register with us
  • When you place an order, request shipping, use the Wallet, or redeem / sell a slab
  • When you upload or submit images of cards for verification or grading
  • Through use of cookies, analytics tools, and other tracking technologies
  • From third‑party service providers such as payment processors, grading partner (CardAgain), shipping carriers

4. Why We Collect It (Purposes of Use)

We use your personal information for:

  • Fulfilling orders, shipments, and delivering your slabs
  • Verifying identity, preventing fraud, ensuring authenticity of cards and slabs
  • Operating the Vault, Wallet, and resale features
  • Providing customer service and support
  • Sending updates, newsletters, promotional material (where consent is given)
  • Conducting analytics to improve the user experience
  • Complying with legal or regulatory obligations

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose your personal information:

  • To our service providers who assist us (payment processors, grading partners like CardAgain, shipping companies, IT infrastructure providers)
  • Within our corporate group, if applicable

If we disclose data to overseas providers, we will ensure they meet adequate data protection standards or contractually commit to protecting your information.

We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. When no longer required, we securely delete or de‑identify it.

10. Disclosures Outside Australia

If your information is transferred or stored by third parties overseas, we impose contractual or other safeguards to ensure your data receives protection at least substantially equivalent to the protection under the Australian Privacy Principles.
